3. You can use the compare feature to compare four (4) similar/different items from different sellers to get the best price and also use the        favorite button         to save for later purchase

4. Contacting the Seller: You can communicate with a seller through Afribuy's chat feature, WhatsApp option, or by calling them directly. Discuss details thoroughly and negotiate further if necessary before arranging a physical meeting.

5. Getting Your Item Delivered or Meeting in Person: Afribuy ensures the accuracy of sellers through thorough vetting processes. You can choose to have your item delivered to your doorstep or arrange a meeting with the seller in person in a public place and double check the item before making payment.

6. Leaving Feedback: After completing the transaction, don't forget to leave feedback about your experience with the seller. Your feedback helps other buyers to know about the seller thereby contributing to a better shopping experience for everyone.

Bump-Up Promotion Ads
Sometimes, an older ad on Afribuy just needs a little boost to regain attention. Our Bump Up feature offers a refresh for older ads, giving them a renewed appearance. It moves your ad from its current position (e.g. page 15) back to the first page, providing better exposure within its category and search results.

Your ad will remain at the top until another ad is posted or bumped up on Afribuy. As new ads are added, it will gradually move down. The Bump-Up period lasts for the assigned number of days, ensuring extended visibility for your ad.

Reporting Suspicious Activity from Sellers: We encourage buyers to report any suspicious or high-risk behavior from sellers. This includes instances of requesting part-payment, fraudulent activities, or attempts to circumvent our platform's policies.

Continuous Monitoring:  Our team continuously monitors seller behavior and transaction patterns to identify and prevent potential risks or fraudulent activities. We take proactive measures to protect the integrity of our platform and ensure a safe and secure environment for all users.

To flag unlawful actions on Afribuy, buyers can follow these steps:

1. Click on the "Report Abuse" button that appears when an item is clicked and opened.
2. A box will pop up, prompting the reporter to write details of the complaint or abuse, along with any evidence of violations.
3. Provide a detailed description of the incident, including any relevant information or evidence.
4. Submit the report to Afribuy.
5. Afribuy will review the report and take appropriate action against the store owner if necessary, based on the evidence provided.
