• By using Afribuy, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not    use Afribuy.

User Accounts

• Registration: To access certain features of Afribuy, you may need to register an account. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during the registration process.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
• We retain the authority to suspend or terminate your Account or your access to the Service, with or without prior notice to you, in the event of a violation of these Terms.
  
  Fee and Premium Subscriptions
• Afribuy platform is free. However, it is important to note that the free version has limitations, including restrictions on reach and upload capacity. These limitations may vary and are subject to change at our discretion.
• Payment Processing: we do not offer any payment scheme in Purchases, Payment should be made directly to the seller after receiving and confirming the authenticity of the products. Payments are exclusively for Premium subscriptions and ads boost features as specified in the Ad Placement Payment Policy.
• Premium Subscriptions: By subscribing to the Premium service, you agree to pay the specified fees, which are non-refundable. The subscription will automatically renew after payment is made.
• Ads Boost: By purchasing ads boost features, you agree to pay the specified fees, which are non-refundable.

Eligibility

• Afribuy is available to individuals who are at least 18 years old or have reached the legal age of consent in their jurisdiction. By using Afribuy, you represent and warrant that you are eligible to use the service.

Listing and Selling

• Responsibility: Users are solely responsible for the content they post on Afribuy. You agree not to post any content that violates these Terms and Conditions, is illegal, abusive, threatening, or otherwise objectionable.
• Users can list and sell products or services on Afribuy.
• Listings must accurately describe the product or service.
• Users must have the legal authority to sell any listed items.
• License: By posting content on Afribuy, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display your content for the purpose of providing and promoting Afribuy.

Privacy Policy

• We collect and use personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. By using Afribuy, you consent to our data practices as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

Prohibited Activities

• You agree not to:

1. Use Afribuy for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
2. Interfere with or disrupt Afribuy’s operation.

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.
• Users must not engage in activities that violate these Terms, including fraud, copyright infringement, or the sale of prohibited items.
• Users must adhere to local, national, and international laws and regulations.

• We are not responsible for the actions of users or the content they post on Afribuy.

• In no event shall Afribuy, its directors, officers, employees, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way related to your use of Afribuy.
