Description
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Manage recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training, and development.
Ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws and regulations.
Oversee payroll administration and benefits management.
Handle conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures.
Lead change management initiatives.
Required Skills and Experience:
Deep understanding of Nigerian employment law.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information.
Proficiency with HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems).
Strategic planning and project management skills.
At least 5-7 years of experience in HR, with 3 years in a managerial role.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certifications (CIPM, SHRM) are preferred.
